Hello, my name is Gwen Brauckhoff and I run PVI GmbH alongside Oliver Klein. Before I entered the renewable energy sector, and thus the photovoltaic industry, I gained my first experience in the field of import and export after completing my training in transport logistics. I have been with PVI GmbH since 2021, first as a team leader in the office and now as managing director.
Karsten Mosch : Director of Business Development
My name is Karsten Mosch and I have been with PVI since autumn 2024. After completing my commercial training and a degree in mechanical engineering, I got involved in the solar industry early on. I planned PV systems and later held management positions at module manufacturers. My most recent focus was on sales and sales organisation in the PV market. With my many years of experience, I look forward to actively shaping the development of PVI and contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
Zhe Lu : Head of Purchasing
Hello, my name is Zhe Lu and I am responsible for component purchasing and quality control at PVI. I have been working in the solar industry since 2006, including as an after-sales team leader and most recently as a sales manager at LONGi. I am now using my knowledge of the Asian market to help PVI provide sustainable energy solutions.
